Customer provided logos must be in a print ready format,  If a file is not clean we need to fix the logo prior to converting it to an embriodery file. Once it is print ready the file can be converted to an embroidery file. Common examples of vector images have the file extensions .eps, .ai, .cdr and .pdf.
