CUSTOMER SUPPLIED GARMENT POLICY & WAIVER

Customer Supplied Garments are accepted on the strict understanding that Social Xpressions LLC will not accept any liability for any misprints, stains, and damage to the Customer Supplied Garments during production (heat pressing or stitching). In addition, there is risk that machines and/or human error will occur. All garments are provided to Social Xpressions LLC entirely at the customer’s own risk.

If you supply the garments, Social Xpressions LLC prefers to decorate new, unwashed garments. If your garment is not new, and/or has been previously washed, we cannot guarantee the best quality of your decoration. If you supply the garment and there is a problem, we do not replace the item. Your damaged piece will be returned to you with an apology.

By signing below, I have read the above stated policy and understand that I am responsible for the cost and possible damage to garments or items I have provided now and in the future to Social Xpressions LLC.

(here after referred to as “Embroiderer”) the right and permission to embroider on items which I provide. I understand that the items that I provide may not be suitable for embroidery and I have been informed of the possibility that said items may become damaged.

I have also been made aware that there are items available that are suitable for embroidery and that I have elected not to use these resources.

I understand that the Embroiderer will make every effort to minimize any damages that may occur but this is not a guarantee that no damage will occur to said items.

I understand that if damage should occur, the Embroiderer shall not be required to replace the damaged item unless this is agreed upon in advance.

I hereby release Embroiderer from any claim resulting from damage to said items listed below:
